Welcome to PEPworldwide
PEPworldwide owns the world-famous Personal Efficiency Program in the Australian, New Zealand and Asia Pacific regions. The Program and consulting methodologies are described in the book by Kerry Gleeson “The Personal Efficiency Program – How to get organised to do more work in less time”, which has sold over one million copies worldwide since being published in 1995.
PEPworldwide was established in July 2005 by the amalgamation of the three businesses which had represented PEP in the region since 1994:
- IBT Australia, based in Sydney,
- D’Arcy Consulting Group (working in Government, Australia), and
- IBTNZ, based in Auckland.
PEPworldwide has 65 staff and consultants spread across the significant centres in Australia and New Zealand, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Auckland and Wellington. We also have representatives in Adelaide, Perth, Hamilton and Christchurch.

PEPworldwide is affiliated with IBT International, and its offices in Europe and the Americas.
IBT International, the world leader in personal and organisation productivity was incorporated in Florida in 1984.
It has businesses in the United States, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Germany, France, Poland, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Brazil and Argentina.
IBT Asia Pacific was formed in 2002 to aggressively advance the IBT business into the Asia Pacific region, and is currently based upon the Australia and New Zealand operations.
PEPworldwide owns IBT Asia Pacific, which was formed in 2002 to push PEP activities further into the region. IBT Asia Pacific has offices in Japan, Singapore, and South Korea, but because of the international nature of business in the region, and business acceptance of the distances involved, is able to service every country in the region from our Singapore based partner, including mainland China.
